EAC advertises for new CEO
Thanks to all those who have helped us over recent months to formulate a strategy for continuing EAC's work as our two longstanding staff move towards retirement.

Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) is a registered charity with a mission “to help older people reach informed decisions about meeting their housing and care needs”. From 1985 it led the way in developing a specialist information and advice service model and delivering this in partnership with allied national and local charities.

After over 30 years at the helm our CEO John Galvin plans to retire, along with the charity’s other employee Alex Billeter, Projects Manager. We aim to recruit a new CEO with the drive, passion and connections to engage with the retirement housing industry, and both challenge and support it to adopt our vision of much improved and trustworthy information to support older people, with their families, in making informed housing choices.

If you share our passion for helping people live safely and well at home into older age, and could bring vision and leadership to bear on growing EAC’s impact and income, we very much want to hear from you.

Specialist agency Recruit With Purpose are helping us with this recruitment. Please read more about EAC, the role and our expectations on their LinkedIn page for this job.
